Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead the services portfolio for assigned customers and collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Solutions teams. You will oversee opportunity management, demand generation, and customer consumption of the company’s services portfolio.

The role emphasizes governance, reporting, and alignment with strategic objectives while coordinating resources and managing delivery risk within IT Professional Services and Managed Services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing portfolio, program, or project initiatives in IT services.
• Experience supporting pre‑sales, solution costing, and SOW development.
• Proven ability to partner with Sales, Solutions, and delivery leadership to translate goals into portfolio strategy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver services aligned to objectives and Winning Together values.
• Oversee centralized management of the project portfolio and alignment with customer strategy.
• Identify, prioritize, authorize, and control projects within the portfolio.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio roadmap and delivery vision with KPIs, capacity, and utilization metrics.
• Manage dependencies across projects and escalate service delivery risks and issues.
• Champion customer outcomes and maintain governance practices for visibility into delivery and financials.
• Prepare portfolio updates for governance boards and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, and customers to translate goals into actionable portfolio strategy.
• Lead pre‑sales activities to shape service engagements and ensure value realization.
• Track progress and implement continuous improvement across the portfolio.
