• Experience using market, channel, industry, and commercial intelligence to make commercial decisions.
• Experience with multi-channel and diverse end-market pricing strategy.

• Lead product planning and product marketing processes for new and existing products.
• Develop product strategy to manage the portfolio in alignment with market needs and business goals.
• Analyze sales, margin, and market data to drive pricing, revenue, and growth.
• Create market materials, collateral, and communications for sales and customers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance to ensure successful launches and ongoing lifecycle management.
• Lead cross-functional teams through New Product Introduction and product lifecycle governance.
