Job summary

Allura USA in Houston, TX is seeking a Portfolio Product Manager to lead the strategy and performance of the product portfolio. You will guide development, launches, and lifecycle transitions in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Engineering, Operations, and Finance.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing and at least five years in product-related roles. Experience in building materials or manufacturing is strongly preferred, with a focus on profitability and

Qualifications

Minimum five years in product management, portfolio management, or related discipline.
Experience in portfolio strategy, pricing, profitability analysis, and business cases.
Strong cross-functional leadership with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and R&D.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute portfolio strategies to grow or discontinue products.
Manage roadmaps and lifecycle plans from development to discontinuation.
Monitor revenue, profitability, market share, and adoption to inform improvements.
Support pricing strategies, margin improvement, and SKUs optimization.
Develop business cases and investments based on strategic fit and ROI.
Identify opportunities for new products, line extensions, and enhancements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams for launches and transitions.
Collaborate on product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Support marketing, demand generation, sales tools, and training.
