Allura USA, part of Elementia, is seeking a Portfolio Product Manager in Houston to lead the strategy and performance of the product portfolio across construction materials.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years in product management, portfolio management, or product marketing.
- Experience with portfolio strategy, pricing, profitability analysis, and business case development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute portfolio strategies to grow or optimize products.
- Manage product roadmaps and lifecycle plans from development to discontinuation.
- Monitor revenue, profitability, market share, and product adoption; adjust as needed.
- Support pricing strategies, margin improvements, and product mix optimization.
- Collaborate with R&D and Engineering to prioritize development and feasibility.
