Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems is seeking a Principal Product Manager for the AI Infrastructure team to own the long-term architecture of Crusoe’s networking foundation. You will shape fleet-wide design, fabric, and technology choices to scale for multi-year horizons and partner with infrastructure engineers and architects to align tech direction with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 8+ years in technical product management or infra engineering with architecture scope.
• Experience managing long-term vendor strategy for core networking infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Define 2–4 year vision and roadmap for Crusoe’s networking foundation.
• Own vendor management strategy and cost structure.
• Set targets for performance, reliability, scalability, and cost.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture to translate requirements into infra investments.
