Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort with budget/financial data.

Responsibilities

  • Place Coupa purchase orders and support related purchasing and invoicing.
  • Assist with operating budget tracking and other Portfolio Operations tasks.
  • Maintain contract data in applicable systems and tracking tools.
  • Proactively identify needs and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Support planning of contract renewals to improve predictability.
  • Communicate status and risks clearly to stakeholders.

Summary

This role is responsible for supporting functional areas of Portfolio Operations within a product-led organization, with a primary focus on contract management. The individual will support the lifecycle of IT labor and services contracts, including new requests, change requests, renewals, purchase orders, and related financial and operational activities.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively, anticipate upcoming needs, and initiate follow-up without waiting for direction.
Skills
  • Experience using ServiceNow for contract or workflow management.
  • Experience using Coupa or a comparable procurement platform.
  • Experience with purchase orders, invoicing, budgeting, or related financial processes.
Pay Transparency

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $27.19 - $29.20/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
