Kidder Mathews is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day maintenance demands of the Portfolio, ensuring professionalism and alignment with client goals and Kidder Mathews Asset Services Division.

You will lead maintenance operations and capital projects, coordinate inspections and repairs, manage vendor performance, and respond promptly to tenant or owner requests to keep properties show-ready.

Qualifications

• Monthly property inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors, contractors or KM staff.
• Interface with tenants, vendors, and contractors to address issues promptly.
• Review contracts and ensure services meet budget and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance requests from clients and tenants.
• Prepare scopes and bids for contracted services.
