Mainstay is hiring an Agent Operations Lead to own operating results for large institutional owners of single family homes. You’ll manage dispositions and, where needed, acquisitions, from landing to closing.

You’ll co-own customer relationships with a business relationship lead, coordinating contracts, allocation, and expansion. You’ll drive cadence, deliver analysis, identify issues early, and guide teams across agents, pricing, field, and transaction coordination to optimize the portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Own dispositions and, in some cases, acquisitions, end-to-end from the day a home lands with us to closing.
• Co-own each customer relationship with a business relationship lead: contracts, allocation, expansion.
• Run the cadence, bring analysis, flag problems early, and tell the truth when it isn’t the answer they wanted.
• Coordinate with agents, pricing, field, and transaction coordination teams to set priorities across portfolios.
