Qualifications

• Ten (10) or more years of progressive leadership experience in property management, commercial real estate, mixed-use developments, hospitality, or comparable operational environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple departments and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and contract management.
• Proven ability to build relationships with executive leadership, ownership groups, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the overall management and performance of the portfolio.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that align with ownership objectives and organizational goals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Lead organisational planning that supports future portfolio growth and operational excellence.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a multidisciplinary management team including Property Managers and Building Engineering leadership.
• Drive accountability and ownership, develop future leaders and succession plans.
• Collaborate with ownership, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives.
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration across property management, engineering, accounting, development, and design.
• Provide executive oversight of financial operations including budgets, forecasting, and capital expenditures.
