Job summary

Aramark in the United States is seeking a District Manager to provide vision, planning, direction, and control for a geographic district generating $12–30M+ in revenue. You will execute the General Management program, focusing on growth, cost control and productivity, while leading people and delivering financial commitments.

The role requires travel to client sites throughout the district and a track record of driving revenue growth, EBIT, margins, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of proven leadership experience with P&L responsibility.
• Strong management practices and client/consumer interaction.
• Ability to hire and develop talent.
• Understanding contractual requirements and terms.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational management across multiple accounts and units.
• Foster effective client relationships and communicate progress.
• Manage district revenue and budgets; deliver financial targets.
• Drive efficiency, labor/productivity, and cost controls.
• Ensure safety, health, and regulatory compliance in operations.
