JPMorganChase in Columbus is seeking a Product Portfolio Operations Director to lead portfolio operations and strategic execution across finance product areas within Consumer & Community Banking. You will partner with senior leaders to align priorities, accelerate delivery, and strengthen the operating cadence, while coaching a small team and delivering executive-ready updates and communications.

Qualifications

Formal training or certification in product portfolio operations with 10+ years' experience
3 years leading and developing teams, with setting priorities and accountability
Experience delivering cross-portfolio initiatives in complex matrixed organizations
Proven track record in finance, data, or product management environments
Strong executive communications and influencing skills

Responsibilities

Serve as chief of staff to the head of product, driving action tracking and meeting prep
Coordinate cross-product initiatives across finance and partner leadership
Produce executive-ready progress updates with risks and decisions
Drive portfolio prioritization and investment trade-offs
Lead change management across product, tech, data, design, and partners
Shape enablement strategies for tools and ways of working at scale
Triage forecasting transformation work with clear intake and delivery
Track productivity and translate into insights for reinvestment
Benchmark portfolio operations and improve cadence and reporting
Lead and develop a small team responsible for portfolio management
