CSL Behring is seeking a Director, Media Strategy & Performance to lead U.S. portfolio media strategy across consumer and healthcare professional audiences.

The role defines portfolio-level frameworks, governance, and measurement to drive ROI and informed investment decisions. You will partner with brand teams, manage the agency of record, and build repeatable planning playbooks while aligning with regulatory requirements in a complex, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of media experience with portfolio-level responsibility.
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare media experience required.
• Experience with consumer and HCP media, agency management, SOW governance.
• Ability to interpret measurement outputs and translate into business recommendations.
• Rare disease, specialty therapies preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own U.S. media strategy across consumer and HCP audiences.
• Define portfolio media guidelines, budgets, and channel mix.
• Lead agency governance and performance expectations.
• Partner with brand teams to align objectives with media plans.
• Represent media in brand planning cycles and cross-functional teams.
• Lead portfolio test-and-learn on emerging channels and measurement.
