Qualifications

• 8+ years of media strategy and planning experience in healthcare/pharma/biotech or regulated industry.
• 2–4 years of people management experience with a track record of developing talent.
• Strong foundation in omnichannel media planning, audience strategy, and integrated communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of media strategies and integrated plans across assigned healthcare clients, ensuring alignment to business goals and audience needs.
• Manage client partnerships, present media plans and performance updates with clarity and confidence.
• Support budget allocation, KPI development, and channel prioritization to drive results.
• Collaborate with Analytics to implement measurement plans and translate performance into actionable insights.
• Mentor and develop Managers and Associate Directors, guiding planning execution and career growth.
