Confidential is seeking a Portfolio Management Team Lead in Atlanta to supervise a team of Portfolio Managers and Credit Analysts, lead underwriting and origination, and drive portfolio performance in a dynamic commercial lending environment.

The role focuses on talent development, risk-aware portfolio oversight, and close partnership with Relationship Managers to identify and execute lending opportunities while maintaining credit quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of commercial underwriting and portfolio management experience.
• Strong ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Leads analysis, underwriting, origination, and portfolio management of commercial loans.
• Partners with Relationship Managers to call on clients and develop lending proposals; identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Oversees post-approval due diligence and commercial loan documentation.
• Directs talent acquisition, onboarding, and training for Portfolio Managers and Credit Analysts.
• Leads portfolio management meetings and monitors portfolio management metrics.
