The Senior Asset Manager a part of our Special Servicing Team is responsible for managing and resolving non-performing loans, defaulted assets, and other high-risk loans. This role ensures the protection and maximization of collateral value while mitigating losses and executing effective recovery strategies. The Senior Asset Manager - Special Servicing will serve as the primary liaison between the borrower and the investors. They will also be responsible for updating internal systems, strategizing options, ensuring adherence to state and federal laws, and providing reporting to senior management.
This is fully remote role with the opportunity to travel as needed
The base pay range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 per year, plus annual discretionary bonus based on performance of the individual and company.
