Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or real estate.
• 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate or debt financing.
• Experience evaluating risk across office, retail, industrial, and multifamily assets.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to manage deadlines.
• Proficient with Excel for portfolio analysis.
