Job summary

Fairgrove Property Management in Irvine, CA is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee the performance of residential assets across Southern California. This full‑time role offers a 40‑hour week, a salary of $75,000–$85,000 plus annual bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will supervise onsite staff, manage leasing, handle owner relations, and ensure top‑quality service for residents. Candidates should have scattered‑site/multi‑owner experience, be proficient in Appfolio and MS Office

Qualifications

• Strong grammar and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask between office duties, inspections, leasing showings.
• Experience with scattered-site and multi-owner management preferred.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• California landlord-tenant law knowledge.
• Ability to travel with reliable transportation.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department leaders to optimize property management experiences.
• Monitor portfolio occupancy and manage onsite staff to meet owner objectives.
• Maintain positive owner relations and assist with owner requests.
• Oversee rent collections, notices, and eviction processes.
• Develop and implement advertising and marketing plans.
• Manage leasing, show properties and process applications.
• Inspect properties and manage turnover and maintenance requests.
• Maintain resident files and property records.
• Ensure compliance with market conditions and landlord laws.
