Job summary

Fairgrove Property Management is seeking a multi-site Property Associate to support Regional and Property Managers, handle marketing and leasing tasks, and ensure optimum property performance. You may perform unit inspections, post notices, and provide exceptional service to owners and residents.

You will conduct showings, assist move-ins/outs, manage lease renewals, and compile regular reports while maintaining strong communication with clients and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED), or equivalent experience required.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Microsoft Office 365
• AppFolio experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist marketing collateral creation and management for available units.
• Assist prospective residents with the rental process, applications, and guest cards.

Job Summary:

As a multi-site Property Associate, you take the initiative to address issues and find a solution, are self-motivated, and detail oriented. You are supporting the Regional and Property Managers with completing tasks to ensure optimum performance for each property within the portfolio. You may perform marketing and leasing-based tasks, conduct unit and property inspections, post & deliver notices, and provide exceptional customer service with all internal and external clients.

Position Details:

• Full Time Position
• Hours: 40 hours per week (Tuesday -Saturday)
• Responsibilities: Assist both OSM & Property Manager with the managing of 1 Property of 217 units.
• Compensation: $21.00/hr

Requirements

Your Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Assist the team in the creation and management of marketing collateral for available units.
• Assist prospective residents with information regarding the rental process, including guest card management and the review and processing of applications.
• Conduct in-person showings and coordinate virtual showings for prospective residents on available units.
• Assist residents with the move-in and move-out process, including conducting inspections, collecting the necessary move-in information and funds, and providing keys and other items.
• Assist the team as needed or assigned with lease renewal management and rent increase management, as well as market analysis research.
• Answer telephone, return missed calls, check voicemail, prospect follow up.
• Responding to and managing resident complaints and/or service issues and coordinating with appropriate staff to address and resolve resident concerns.
• Compile multiple daily or weekly reports.
• Provide written and verbal communication to team, prospects, vendors, and residents.
• Generate and post resident communication notices.
• Internal inspections, including the regular inspection of vacant units to ensure cleanliness and readiness for viewing, as well as taking photographs for marketing.
• External property walks for both health & safety, as well as cleanliness and marketability, including the creation of work orders as necessary.
• Collect coins from common area laundry facilities on the property.
• Other tasks as needed.
