• Excellent communication and teamwork required.
• Strong grammar and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task between office duties, property inspections, leasing.
• Supervisory experience required.
• MS Office 365 proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of California Landlord Tenant Law.
• Proficiency with Appfolio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 300-400 scattered-site portfolio.
• Collaborate with department leaders to optimize property management experience.
• Monitor occupancy levels and manage onsite staff to meet owner objectives.
• Maintain positive owner relations.
• Assist Owners with property-specific requests.
• Handle rent collections, three day notices, eviction processes.
• Oversee advertising and marketing plans.
• Conduct unit inspections and turnover management.
• Manage leasing, show properties and application approvals.
• Oversee maintenance requests and task tracking.
• Maintain resident files and correspondence.
• Travel as needed; on-call for emergencies.
