Ladders is seeking a Portfolio Manager - Finance Data Office to join a leader in the Healthcare space. This remote role oversees portfolio intake, governance, and prioritization for finance data initiatives, partnering with executives to ensure visibility into demand and progress.

You will strengthen reporting discipline, drive portfolio management maturity, and support delivery of high-priority initiatives across the organization, with cross-functional collaboration and executive-level

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, or IT with 8 years PM experience, or 12 years with HS/GED
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred
• 3 years of experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives
• 3 years of experience with Jira or similar portfolio tools
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the portfolio intake and governance process
• Maintain the portfolio tracking system as the single source of truth for demand and priorities
• Lead stakeholder communications and executive reporting on portfolio updates
• Project manage high-priority initiatives across cross-functional teams
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance through executive-ready dashboards
• Drive continuous improvement in portfolio management practices

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Portfolio Manager - Finance Data Office to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will oversee portfolio intake, governance, and prioritization for finance data initiatives within a complex healthcare environment. The position will partner closely with executives and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure visibility into demand, execution progress, and priority alignment. It will also help strengthen reporting discipline, improve portfolio management practices, and support the delivery of high-priority initiatives across the organization.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $163,200 – $224,400 annually

Responsibilities
