Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Portfolio Manager for Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training to drive commercial performance and guide the strategic evolution of two enterprise learning offerings. You will own P&L, shape pricing and go-to-market, and partner with marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to position these products for enterprise partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, portfolio management, or related commercial roles.
• Experience contributing to revenue, pricing, or P&L outcomes.
• Strong data fluency to support portfolio investments.
• Experience translating market research into strategy and roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day commercial performance and P&L for Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training.
• Develop pricing, packaging, and GTM strategies with finance and sales.
• Create and maintain the portfolio roadmap balancing demand, value, and delivery capacity.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and solutioning to align messaging and campaigns.
• Define success metrics and ensure learning experiences are evidence-based and impactful.
