Job summary

Pearson Direct-to-Consumer is seeking a Lead Specialist, Product Manager for AI Learning Experiences to shape and govern AI-powered learning products. You will partner with engineering, design, data science, content, and learning science teams to translate needs into clear requirements and deliver high-impact features.

You will use generative AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototype concepts, and communicate with stakeholders, while ensuring alignment with Pearson standards for privacy,

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital or SaaS products from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Hands-on use of generative AI for research, prototyping, or workflow automation.
• Understanding of LLM-based products, prompts, retrieval-augmented generation and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Support the roadmap and success metrics for AI-powered learning experiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve outcomes, engagement, and personalization via AI.
• Contribute to end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled features from discovery to launch.
• Translate needs into product requirements, user stories, and prioritized work.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, content, QA, and AI teams.
• Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Define AI-powered learning experiences with prompts, workflows, and quality standards.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement with analytics and feedback.
• Ensure features meet Pearson privacy, security, accessibility, academic integrity, and responsible AI standards.
