Job summary

Pearson is seeking a commercially minded Portfolio Manager to lead Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training within Enterprise Content and Training. You will shape strategy, pricing, and go-to-market decisions, partnering with marketing, sales, and solutioning teams to drive growth.

In this role you’ll own the portfolio roadmaps, define success metrics, and use evidence and AI insights to prioritize learning experiences and ensure measurable business value for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in product/portfolio management for enterprise learning or B2B offerings.
• Experience contributing to revenue, pricing, or P&L outcomes and supporting an offering from insight through launch to growth.
• Strong data fluency and ability to use evidence to make portfolio recommendations.
• Experience running customer discovery and translating findings into strategy, roadmap, and GTM decisions.
• Proven ability to work with enterprise sales teams and influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the portfolio roadmap balancing client demand, commercial return, learning quality, and delivery capacity.
• Define requirements and success metrics with learning designers and psychometricians to ensure evidence-based value.
• Partner with product management and technical teams to align platform roadmap with portfolio priorities and learner needs.
• Use outcomes data and learning performance to guide investments and evolving the portfolio.
• Apply AI tools to prototype, test hypotheses, and synthesize market data while ensuring responsible use.
