Job summary

The position requires an active Top Secret clearance, 7+ years in government portfolio management (CPIC and strategic planning), and 5+ years in related change management or financial systems

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• 7+ years of government portfolio management experience, CPIC and strategic planning.
• 5+ years in change management, business process reengineering, or financial systems implementation.
• DoD experience and data analytics proficiency.
• Experience developing within data visualization.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support to senior staff, CFO, and stakeholders to identify and oversee DIEM investments.
• Assist in establishing goals, monitoring performance, and reporting against acquisition plans.
• Support on-site quality control and review of working papers and findings per standards and regulations.
• Participate in teams for complex work streams with regular interaction with finance and government clients.
• Apply technical expertise to implement business solutions.

Portfolio Manager

Reston, VA
Pay From: $124,000 per year

MUST:

• Active Top Secret clearance required
• Experienced Portfolio Manager
• 7+ years of experience assisting the government in Acquisition functional portfolio, investment management and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) process, and strategic planning and coordination with external stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience supporting change management, strategic communications, business process reengineering, or financial management systems implementation initiatives
• Experience within the DoD
• Must have experience with data analytics
• Experience developing within data visualization
• Experience establishing portfolio capabilities that will include the data requirements, process and roles, systems and governance, to drive the adoption and uptake across the organization
• Bachelors degree in a related field required

DUTIES:

• Provide advice and support to the senior staff, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), DIEM management, and stakeholders across the DIE for approaches to identify, gain insight into DIEM investments, and gain oversight through programmatic realignments and other strategies
• Assist the government in establishing goals and targets, monitoring performance, and reporting against acquisition plan and program management performance criteria
• Support on-site quality control, review and approval of working papers and findings and adherence to applicable standards, laws, policy, and regulations
• Participate in teams for complex work streams with regular interaction with Financial Management & Comptroller and Government clients
• Apply technical expertise and skills to implement business solutions
