Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• 7+ years of government portfolio management experience, CPIC and strategic planning.
• 5+ years in change management, business process reengineering, or financial systems implementation.
• DoD experience and data analytics proficiency.
• Experience developing within data visualization.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support to senior staff, CFO, and stakeholders to identify and oversee DIEM investments.
• Assist in establishing goals, monitoring performance, and reporting against acquisition plans.
• Support on-site quality control and review of working papers and findings per standards and regulations.
• Participate in teams for complex work streams with regular interaction with finance and government clients.
• Apply technical expertise to implement business solutions.
