Job summary

Immerse Analytics LLC is seeking a senior professional to advise agency leadership on investments and programmatic realignments. You will develop and manage requirements, backlogs, and performance metrics, coordinating with stakeholders and government clients to ensure delivery of capabilities.

The role emphasizes independent work, government-facing communication, and the creation of SOWs, IGCEs, and market research; you will contribute to CPIC processes and strategic planning with

Qualifications

  • Requires 8-12 years of experience – Senior Level w/Bachelor’s Degree
  • Requires 13+ years of experience – Expert Level w/Master’s degree
  • Must have performed relevant actions with relevant experience within the last 2 years.
  • Work is independent and collaborative with minimal oversight.
  • Develop, refine, and enhance requirement documentation through capturing user stories and business process definitions.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to manage requirements as a prioritized backlog of capabilities and support continuous process improvement.
  • Assist with the development of writing performance criteria and requirements into sound/sufficient SOW/PWS, Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), market research documents, and source select criteria.
  • Perform functions that assist the government in management of the Finance and Acquisition functional portfolio, investment management and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) process, and strategic planning and coordination with external stakeholders
  • Compile reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings.
  • Perform correspondence functions to include preparing presentation slides and administrative correspondence, requirement records, business process workflow documentation, and other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Assist the government in establishing goals and targets, monitoring performance, and reporting against acquisition plan and program management performance criteria.
  • Support on-site quality control, review and approval of working papers and findings and adherence to applicable standards, laws, policy, and regulations.
  • Participate in teams for complex work streams with regular interaction with Financial Management & Comptroller and Government clients.
  • Apply technical expertise and skills to implement business solutions.
  • Apply experience supporting change management, strategic communications, business process reengineering, or financial management systems implementation initiatives to the Federal Government.
  • Other duties as assigned.
