Job summary

Planet Group in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Portfolio Manager on a 3-month contract to oversee a portfolio of Corporate Technology initiatives, ensuring projects align with business priorities and governance standards. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of technology initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Track and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Manage vendor contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), renewals, and performance.
• Coordinate purchase orders, invoice approvals, and procurement activities.
• Serve as a key point of contact for the Corporate Technology organization.
• Coordinate communication with business stakeholders and leadership.
• Support governance meetings, portfolio reviews, and executive reporting.
• Track and manage portfolio risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Technology teams to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
• Help identify opportunities to improve portfolio processes and operational efficiency.

The Portfolio Manager will oversee a portfolio of Corporate Technology initiatives and ensure projects are aligned with business priorities. This role focuses on budget management, vendor relationships, contracts, procurement, governance, and stakeholder communication.
