Responsibilities

• Support leadership in managing a portfolio of business and technology investments.
• Drive portfolio governance processes, including prioritization, intake, funding reviews, and strategic planning.
• Partner with stakeholders to align initiatives with strategy and objectives.
• Develop and maintain portfolio roadmaps, investment plans, and delivery commitments.
• Track progress against strategic goals, OKRs, and portfolio KPIs.
• Establish and manage benefit realization plans and measure value delivered.
• Provide executive visibility into portfolio health: demand, commitments, delivery status, and financial performance.
• Facilitate governance meetings and investment decision-making sessions.
• Perform portfolio analytics, capacity planning, and resource forecasting.
• Monitor investment performance and reprioritize as needed.
• Consolidate reporting from multiple programs and initiatives.
• Support annual and quarterly planning and investment allocation.

• Develop and maintain portfolio roadmaps, investment plans, and delivery commitments.
• Track progress against strategic goals, business outcomes, OKRs, and portfolio KPIs.
• Establish and manage benefit realization plans and measure value delivered by initiatives.
• Provide executive-level visibility into portfolio health, including demand, commitments, delivery status, financial performance, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.
• Facilitate portfolio review forums, governance meetings, and investment decision-making sessions.
• Perform portfolio analytics, scenario planning, capacity planning, and resource forecasting.
• Monitor investment performance and recommend reprioritization based on changing business needs.
• Consolidate portfolio reporting from multiple programs and strategic initiatives.
• Support annual planning, quarterly planning, and investment allocation exercises.
• Create executive dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.
• Ensure portfolio decisions are supported by data, business value, and strategic alignment.

Salary Range- $90,000-$100,000 a year
