GemHarvest Executive Recruiting partners with an established $1B+ AUM independent RIA in Houston to hire a hands-on investment professional who will own trading, portfolio implementation, and investment diligence across client portfolios. You’ll be close to investment decisions, not just trade execution, working with senior leadership to shape portfolio construction and evaluate managers and alternatives.

The role offers a base salary of $120,000–$150,000 with bonus potential of $6,000–$22,000,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in trading, portfolio management, or multi-asset investing.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

• Execute trades across ETFs, mutual funds, equities, and alternatives.
• Manage rebalancing, cash flows, and tax-aware implementation.
• Conduct manager, fund, structured product, and platform diligence.

An established and growing $1B+ AUM independent RIA is seeking a hands-on investment professional to own trading, portfolio implementation, and investment diligence across client portfolios.

This role is for someone who wants to be close to the investment decisions, not limited to trade execution. You’ll work directly with successful senior leadership, help shape portfolio construction, evaluate managers and alternatives, and contribute within a disciplined, collaborative environment.
