Job summary

Leah Yosef International, a San Francisco–based multi-billion-dollar independent RIA, is seeking a Chief Investment Officer to serve as the firm's senior investment authority and shape the next evolution of its sophisticated, multi-strategy platform.

You will own the firm-wide investment philosophy, direct strategic asset allocation, and act as the primary investment voice in ultra-high-net-worth client and prospect conversations, while leading the in-house portfolio team and guiding new product

Qualifications

• Fluency across fundamental equity, fixed income construction, liquid and illiquid alternatives, and tax-aware or concentrated-position solutions.
• Track record of building or reshaping an investment organization and deciding what is built internally vs sourced externally.

Responsibilities

• Own the firm-wide investment philosophy and strategic asset allocation across core asset classes.
• Serve as the senior investment voice in ultra-high-net-worth client and prospect conversations.
• Drive the evolution of the investment platform, including product development and new strategies.

This is a build-and-lead opportunity for an investment executive who can establish a cohesive firm-wide philosophy, own the strategic direction of the platform, and serve as a compelling investment voice with sophisticated clients and prospects.

Highlights

• Own the firm-wide investment philosophy and strategic asset allocation across core equity, fixed income, outsourced liquid strategies, alternatives, concentrated-position solutions, and options strategies.
• Serve as the senior investment voice in ultra-high-net-worth client and prospect conversations.
• Drive the evolution of the investment platform, including concentrated-position and tax-transition solutions, options strategies, manager selection, and new product development.
• Oversee the investment team and established in-house portfolio leadership.
• Shape the integration of investment portfolios from future acquisitions and tuck-ins as well as the broader investment organization as the firm grows.
