Summary

The Analyst will support the credit (underwriting and portfolio management) team.

This is a junior, entry level position requiring 1 year of professional experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• System (nCino) set up
• Inputting transactions
• Managing deposits
• Covenant reviews
• Collecting monthly and quarterly reports
• Closing facilitation
• Audit assistance
• OFAC/EDD/KYC
• Data management in Investment Central – Deal story telling, historical data collection for projections, production across locations, etc.
• Capital call processing
• Internal business line Q/C
• Data records manager
• Ensure all data is properly loaded into nCino, work to transfer active portfolio into nCino
• Equity/debt consent tracking
• Automate risk ratings into Investment Central
• Support construction draws at close / initial construction budget review validation
• Support portfolio management team with all reporting.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional experience, ideally in a bank
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Working Conditions

Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.
