PNC is seeking a seasoned Portfolio Management Manager to lead a team of Portfolio Owners within the Retail Lending organization. You will drive initiatives from ideation through delivery, aligning stakeholders across product and tech and managing budgets and roadmaps.

The role emphasizes agile transformation, governance, and effective communication with senior leadership. Based in multiple locations, including Chicago, IL, the position prioritizes stakeholder collaboration and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required; masters desirable.
• Experience leading portfolio teams and governance.
• Strong ability to manage strategy, backlog and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio managers to execute on organizational portfolios.
• Partner with leaders to create and prioritize strategy, OKRs and roadmaps.
• Oversee analysis, reporting and budget for the portfolio.
• Coach multi-disciplinary teams and manage vendor relationships.
