Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support business plan execution across a portfolio of industrial assets.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate asset performance, refinancings, acquisitions, and hold vs. sell decisions.
• Analyze operating performance, leasing activity, capital projects, and market trends to identify value creation opportunities.
• Assist with debt management initiatives including refinancing, lender reporting, covenant monitoring, and financing analysis.
• Prepare portfolio reporting, dashboards, memoranda, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with acquisitions, development, leasing, and operations teams to support strategic portfolio objectives.

Description

The Portfolio & Asset Management Associate will report into senior industrial portfolio leadership and play a key role in driving portfolio performance across a growing industrial real estate platform.

• Support business plan execution across a portfolio of industrial and industrial outdoor storage assets.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate asset performance, refinancing opportunities, acquisitions, dispositions, and hold versus sell decisions.
• Analyse operating performance, leasing activity, capital projects, and market trends to identify value creation opportunities.
• Assist with debt management initiatives including refinancing activities, lender reporting, covenant monitoring, and financing analysis.
• Prepare portfolio reporting, performance dashboards, investment memoranda, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with acquisitions, development, leasing, and operations teams to support strategic portfolio objectives.
• Leverage technology and data analytics tools to improve reporting, decision-making, and portfolio oversight

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Experience within real estate asset management, portfolio management, acquisitions, investment analysis, valuation, lending, or corporate real estate.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities with an ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with discounted cash flow analysis, capital stacks, internal rate of return calculations, lease economics, and valuation methodologies.
• Exposure to debt financing, refinancing transactions, lender relationships, or credit analysis is highly desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with reporting and data management platforms.
• Intellectual curiosity, strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and an ownership mentality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment while working directly with senior stakeholders.
