A leading institutional real estate platform is undergoing a major expansion of its Asset Management function. With a sizeable portfolio and significant transaction activity, this is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially minded Senior Associate to thrive in a high‑change, builder‑focused environment.

Description

• Support the active management of a large, diverse specialised residential portfolio across multiple markets.
• Take ownership of analysis and execution across a heavy deal pipeline, including acquisitions, refinancings, recapitalisations, and a disposition strategy already in motion.
• Enhance reporting frameworks, dashboards, and asset‑level insights to improve decision‑making and portfolio visibility.
• Partner cross‑functionally with operations, investments, finance, and external capital partners to optimise value.
• Contribute to building new processes, tools, and playbooks in an environment where legacy systems are being upgraded.
• Monitor business plans, forecast performance, interpret financial and operational data, and support hold/sell recommendations.
• Engage with JV partners, lenders, and institutional co‑investors representing the platform in a polished, commercial manner.
• Support a collaborative, integrated team culture where initiative, accountability, and continuous improvement are expected.

Profile

• 3-7+ years' experience in real estate asset management or investments, ideally covering residential, niche living, multifamily, or other specialised housing categories.
• Strong exposure to institutional‑grade real estate environments and comfort working with sophisticated capital partners.
• A builder's mindset - you enjoy creating structure, not simply maintaining existing processes.
• Strong fluency in interpreting models, financials, and operational performance metrics (no modelling heavy‑lift required, but strong financial literacy is essential).
• Ability to thrive in an organisation going through change, re‑alignment, and high deal velocity.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to work closely with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• A proactive, solutions‑led approach and the resilience to operate in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven culture.

Job Offer
