Job summary

Michael Page seeks an Investment & Development Analyst to join a well-capitalized real estate platform with a broad portfolio. You will model opportunities, perform underwriting, and help execute transactions across leases, acquisitions, dispositions, and JV’s.

You will evaluate development initiatives, support investment execution, and monitor performance across diversified assets, contributing to long-term value creation and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum two years of commercial real estate, underwriting, acquisitions, development, asset management, or investment analysis experience.
• Advanced financial modelling skills with expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Argus or similar real estate valuation software preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals, market analysis, and transaction processes.
• Exceptional analytical, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Description

Reporting to the Director of Investments, the Investment & Development Analyst will play a critical role in evaluating opportunities, supporting development initiatives, and assisting with investment execution across a diverse real estate portfolio.
