Job summary

Avid Property Management, Inc. seeks a Portfolio Licensed Community Association Manager to oversee operational aspects of community associations in the Tampa Bay area.

The role requires a valid LCAM license, strong leadership, and excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to read budgets and financial statements is essential.

This is a full-time role with occasional after-hours meetings and emergencies to support associations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LCAM license.
• Portfolios are located in the Tampa Bay area.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to read, understand, and explain spreadsheets, budgets, and other financial statements.
• Must have strong leadership skills.
• Must be available outside of business hours for board meetings and emergencies.
• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have Florida Community Association Manager License.

Job Duties

• Our Portfolio Community Association Managers, following the guidance of the Florida Statues, work directly with each associations board of directors overseeing all operational aspects of the community. Managers will also act as a liaison between homeowners, the board of directors, and Avid Property Management; therefore, strong communication and customer service skills are essential,
