ProPivotal in the Boston area is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead leasing performance and renewals across a residential portfolio. This high-visibility role focuses on occupancy outcomes, renewal execution, and leasing strategy rather than maintenance oversight.

Reporting to senior management, you will own the renewal pipeline, coordinate with brokers, and use market data to optimize pricing and showings while maintaining accurate reporting in AppFolio and Excel.

Formación

• 7+ years of residential leasing with renewals ownership.
• Experience managing a leasing pipeline with showings via brokers or internal teams.
• Strong organization and ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with a property management system (AppFolio preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Own the leasing performance plan across the portfolio, including availability and renewal strategy.
• Manage renewals end to end: tenant outreach cadence, renewal offers, timing, and retention tracking.
• Coordinate leasing activity with brokers and internal teams for timely showings and handoffs.
• Track KPIs and trends: renewal conversion, days vacant, traffic, pricing, and present recommendations.
• Provide market and comp insights to support pricing decisions and unit strategy.
• Maintain leasing data and reporting within AppFolio and Excel.
• Ensure leasing and tenant-related processes align with applicable regulations and internal standards.

A well-established real estate owner-operator is hiring a Leasing Manager to lead leasing performance and renewals across a residential portfolio in the Boston area. This is a high visibility role focused on occupancy outcomes, renewal execution, and leasing strategy rather than building operations.

This is not a building Property Manager opening. The scope is leasing performance, renewals, broker coordination, and leasing analytics, not maintenance oversight, vendor management, or day‑to‑day building operations. Property Managers who lack specific Leasing Manager experience will not be qualified.

Key Details

• Location and work arrangement: Boston area, primarily onsite with periodic site visits
• Compensation: Base salary target $110,000 to $130,000 plus 5-10% bonus

Credentials

• Residential leasing experience within an owner-operator
• Demonstrated progression in responsibility, ownership, and portfolio impact

Required Qualifications

• 7 or more years of residential leasing experience with direct ownership of renewals and leasing performance
• Experience managing a leasing pipeline and coordinating showings through brokers or internal leasing teams
• Strong organizational skills and ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting, tracking, and performance analysis
• Hands-on experience with a property management system; AppFolio strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting leasing strategy for a multi property residential portfolio
• Comfortable producing KPI dashboards and presenting performance insights to leadership
