Job summary

InPost Group is seeking a senior technical programme/portfolio manager to own and govern its technology portfolio across multiple markets. You will work at the portfolio level, tracking dependencies, risks and progress to ensure delivery outcomes.

You will maintain a consolidated view with RAG status, budget, timelines and outcomes, run Weekly Business Reviews, and prepare CTO/GLT briefings while defining delivery frameworks to accelerate value delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical programme/portfolio management
• Senior TPM experience
• Strong skills in Jira, Confluence, Agile/SAFe/Waterfall/Kanban/SQL
