Technology Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Targetprocess Consultant (or similar SPM/EAP tooling expertise) to join a growing advisory firm focused on aligning technology, finance and business strategy across Western Europe. The role is remote but Europe-based, with permanent employment and EU-wide client engagements.

You will support end-to-end SPM implementations, including solution design, tool configuration and integration with Jira, Azure DevOps and other platforms, while building dashboards for

We’re recruiting an SPM/EAP Tooling Consultant to join a growing advisory firm helping organisations align technology, finance and business strategy. If you enjoy bringing structure, clarity and measurable value to complex environments, this could be a strong next step.

You’ll work with medium and large enterprises across Western Europe, supporting end‑to‑end SPM implementations, including solution design and tool configuration, while also further developing your own portfolio management, agile delivery, ITFM and transformation skills. You will be supporting one of the most respected SPM tooling experts, working in a highly collaborative company that prioritises continuous learning.

What you’ll do:

What you’ll bring:

• Experience with Targetprocess or similar SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) or EAP (Enterprise Agile Planning) tools such as Planview, Planisware, ServiceNow, Jira Align, Broadcom Clarity/Rally or MS Project Online/Server.
• Strong understanding of portfolio management and agile methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise project or agile tools.
• Integration experience with platforms like Jira, Azure DevOps or ServiceNow.
• Experience in a client‑facing consulting or advisory role, with first‑class communication and stakeholder management skills.
