Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Strategy, or related field required (MBA preferred).
• 4+ years in CPG with strong focus in Brand/RGM/Category or Product Portfolio Strategy.
• Strong data interpretation to translate insights into packaging strategies.
• Experience influencing across a cross-functional matrixed organization.
• Experience with consumer insights and category management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3+ year PPA innovation pipeline across categories with aligned brand guardrails.
• Perform assortment and price point optimization across channels and formats.
• Leverage consumer/shopper/market insights to optimize packaging configurations.
• Bridge RGM, Brand, Insights and Supply Chain to evaluate commercial viability and shelf impact.
