Qualifications

Strong Excel and presentation skills.
Experience assessing portfolio performance, innovation pipelines, or long-term growth plans.
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.

Responsibilities

Lead long-term portfolio planning, translating growth ambitions into portfolio actions, opportunities, and risks.
Assess future portfolio against growth objectives to identify shifts in mix, innovation, or investment.
Integrate consumer, category, competitive, brand, financial, and operational perspectives for a holistic view of portfolio health.
Identify portfolio gaps and translate into actionable recommendations for evolution.
Establish measures of portfolio health and monitor progress vs. strategic ambition.
Evaluate innovation against portfolio gaps and strategies to strengthen future pipeline.
Collaborate with brand teams, insights, finance, R&D to connect plans with future needs.
Provide portfolio-level perspective to identify gaps, overlaps, or imbalances across brands.
