Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue invoices for group events in accordance with contracts.
• Audit group master accounts for accuracy and proper documentation.
• Post adjustments, credits, or corrections with proper approvals.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on past-due balances.
• Apply payments to guest and group accounts.
• Maintain records of correspondence and collection efforts.
• Coordinate invoice approvals with department heads and ledger entries.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and manage hotel funds.
