Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks an experienced Project and Engineering Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary portfolio within the Navy support organization.

You will manage a portfolio of engineering projects, interact with technical customers, and guide staff while driving growth and protecting customer relationships. Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of project experience or 3+ years on NSWC Carderock projects, plus proven personnel management and strong technical writing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or higher; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years managing engineering projects or 3+ years NSWC Carderock projects.
• 1–3 years personnel management including technical roles and customer interfacing.
• Demonstrated technical writing skills.
• Takes initiative, ownership of tasks, and identifies new areas of responsibility.
• Interpersonal skills to initiate and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow engineering project portfolio by building relationships with customers.
• Engage with technical customers across engineering disciplines to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage and balance technical resources; track funding to ensure resource coverage; create portfolio forecasts.
• Support new business capture and proposal development by leading/writing technical volumes.
