The role blends technical leadership, client interface, and business development within the Navy portfolio. You will mentor engineers, manage complex programs, and maintain Navy program office relationships, delivering high-value engineering solutions while upholding MPR’s standards of technical excellence and integrity.

Qualifications

• 8-15+ years of engineering experience including Navy experience.
• ABET-accredited B.S. in Engineering; PE license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-discipline Navy engineering projects.
• Provide technical direction and oversight as project manager and technical lead.
• Mentor junior engineers and grow Navy-focused capabilities.
• Develop and maintain Navy program office relationships and lead proposals.
