Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead advanced national-security technology programs for War and IC customers. You will manage cost, schedule, and technical performance, coordinating across engineering, field support, contracts, and finance to deliver integrated solutions.

The role requires strong leadership of multi-disciplinary teams and proven ability to translate customer needs into executable, funded work with focus on risk management and lifecycle

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years leading programs for USG customers.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph.
• Experience managing program financial performance and forecasts.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (technical, operational, contractual, financial).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software and hardware product delivery across development, production, and deployment phases.
• Lead sustainment operations for delivered products and systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, field support, operations, contracts, and finance.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, risks, and performance; implement corrective actions.
• Support proposal development, contract growth strategies, and transition of technologies to production.
