Lodging Dynamics seeks a Corporate Director of Facilities to provide strategic leadership for engineering and maintenance across its hotel portfolio. The role aligns with hotel leadership, ownership groups, and corporate teams to uphold safety, compliance, and efficient operation while preserving asset value.

The position oversees capital projects, lifecycle planning, and life-safety initiatives, partnering to drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence across properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in facilities maintenance, plant operations, or hotel engineering.
• Minimum 2 years in multi-property hotel engineering leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel Engineering and Maintenance operations portfolio-wide.
• Develop and maintain engineering and preventive maintenance standards across the portfolio.
• Support capital planning, renovations, and asset management strategies.
• Conduct property visits, audits, and assessments for safety, compliance, and asset condition.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and maintenance contracts.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and development of Engineering leaders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
