Job summary

Stonebridge Companies seeks a Director of Engineering and Facilities to lead the facilities maintenance engineers and guide CMMS implementations across a portfolio of hotels. You will oversee budget, project execution, and alignment between maintenance and other departments.

Experience as a chief engineer or similar leadership in large hotel operations is highly valued, with travel up to 50%. The role is based primarily in a corporate setting with responsibilities spanning multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Experience with facilities management of hotel properties including operations and maintenance.
• Minimum 10 years in facilities management with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
• Travel requirement 50% in-state and out-of-state as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance engineers with development and management training.
• Oversee implementation of maintenance standards and best practices across the portfolio.
• Manage budgets, CAPX/expense requests and project execution from start to finish.
