Job summary

Taco Bell, part of Yum! Brands, is seeking a Customer Data Portfolio Project Manager to support the portfolio operating rhythm across Customer Data, CRM, Analytics and related Digital workstreams.

Reporting to the CDI&S Leader, you will help ensure work is documented, sequenced, and communicated so priorities, blockers, and leadership needs are visible. The role focuses on portfolio operations rather than hands-on tech, requiring a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project management or program management within CRM, marketing technology, or digital/MarTech.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence, PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the Customer Data Intelligence & Solutions Portfolio Operating Rhythm across CD, CRM, Analytics and Digital workstreams.
• Coordinate portfolio intake, roadmap visibility and prioritization readiness.
• Represent CDI&S in D&T intake processes and planning.
• Enable portfolio execution with cross-functional teams on data, personalization and downstream activation.
• Maintain Jira, Confluence portfolio structure and leadership-facing materials.
