Job Summary:
As a Portfolio Compliance Coordinator, you will report to the Portfolio Compliance Coordinator Supervisor and play a vital role in ensuring the compliance, accuracy, and operational integrity of a growing portfolio of commercial real estate assets.This position supports the day-to-day execution of policies and procedures that safeguard our assets and drive performance, focusing on documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional coordination.
You’ll oversee key compliance processes, including the New Property Checklist, New Tenant Checklist, Lease Abstraction, Aged Delinquencies, Tenant Closeout, and Certificate of Insurance (COI) documentation. You will also manage the preparation and auditing of service contracts and vendor COIs, ensuring all data and documentation meet company standards.
In this role, you will act as a liaison between the Senior Portfolio Manager (SPM), Property Managers (PMs), and Property Accountants to ensure consistency and compliance across all property-level operations, including capital projects, budgeting, and internal workflow approvals.
