A leading nonprofit organization is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to manage various exchange programs. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and project management skills, with a focus on compliance and data management. Greenheart encompasses two branches: Greenheart Exchange and Greenheart Travel.
The Compliance Department within Greenheart Exchange administers programs in the US for international participants, including BridgeUSA programs designated by the US Department of State such as Secondary High School Exchange, Work and Travel, Trainee (Career Advancement Program), and Teach in the USA.
Our ideal candidate should be organized, research-oriented, and flexible with changing priorities. They should have excellent project management skills and a strong work ethic; able to assimilate information and learn new processes quickly and effectively. In a fast-paced environment, the ability to oversee multiple projects and deadlines is essential.
